Drop in Mindful Movement and Mindfulness Practices, 5th & 12th December

Two longer drop-in sessions offered, of gentle mindful movement and mindfulness practices.

Everyone and all are really welcome – those new to mindfulness and yoga and those with experience.

Just bring yourself, however you are. And a yoga mat or blanket!

Some of the practices will be offered from lying on the floor but can equally be practiced in a chair.

These morning drop-ins are offered by yoga and mindfulness teacher, Colette Kealy.
