Times: 10:30am – 1pm and 2pm – 4:30pm Both sessions will have 15-minute breaks and there is an hour break between the two sessions)

This day is for anyone who has already completed an 8-week course such as MBSR or MBCT or .b Foundations. The day will provide an opportunity to come into stillness as we practice a range of meditations such as the Body Scan, Mindful Movement, Sitting Practice etc.

Mindful eating will be practiced offline between the two sessions. There will be an opportunity to practice Mindful Walking indoors. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and have a yoga mat and blanket at the ready.
