Please come and join our Monday evening drop-in meditation sessions which are open to everyone, with or without meditation experience. Each session includes some teaching and guidance. No need to book, just drop in. No need to wear special clothing, we won’t be doing anything strenuous! And no need to bring anything with you.
We offer people the opportunity to make an anonymous donation for a worthy cause. Donations go to support mindfulness work with refugees living in Ireland, with women who have been the victims of domestic abuse and to charities such as Medecins San Frontieres, for their extraordinarily brave work in parts of the world where there is great suffering through poverty, famine, war and illness. http://www.msf.ie/
We recently collaborated with Camara Education. Camara uses technology to improve education in low income communities. The Mindfulness centre matched the donations offered by participants at the drop in on the 7th October and we were able to donate €200 to this charity which Cormac Lynch (CEO & Founder) was able to tell us will go towards 80 Kids going to a computer lab in Ethiopia. Thanks to Cormac Lynch for working with us on this one.
