Meditation Groups and Sanghas 2017-12-04T10:50:20+00:00

    Project Description

    Meditation Groups and Sanghas

Coming to the end of an 8-week course, many people express the view that practicing meditation in a group is a lot easier than practicing alone.

Meditating regularly with a “sangha” – a community of meditators – supports us in our own daily practice.

    Half-Days of Mindfulness

All graduates of 8 week courses as well as those who have participated in residential retreats are welcome to attend the Days of Mindfulness run by Josephine and Helen as part of their on-going courses. Dates, times and venues are posted here: courses with mindfulness.ie.
